Now that I've reached a certain age (ahem..) it takes so much longer to look back than it does to look forward! I was glad to hear I wasn't the only one who got the old whoopin when it was deemed appropriate by my Dad (I was a victim of the old "JUST WAIT UNTIL YOUR DADDY GETS HOME!!" because Mom didn't want to mess up her hairdo or wrinkle her ruffled apron.
